Matching the three models to places in Korea
The right model depends less on the district as a whole and more on the kind of place you have in mind within Korea.
District HQ and larger towns
Baikunthpur and the larger towns such as Chirmiri are where a staff-operated FOCM store makes most sense: it needs walk-in footfall and enough households nearby, and Wash Kiya manages the operation for you.
Campuses, hostels and societies
If you own or manage a private residential society, a hostel, a college campus or a building campus anywhere in Korea, the self-service laundry franchise (from ₹20 lakh) fits better. It needs no staff.
Laundry machines & equipment
Laundry businesses already working in Korea can upgrade through Wash Kiya's machine and equipment supply, which is separate from the franchise models.
| Your location | Suggested Wash Kiya model |
|---|---|
| District headquarters: Baikunthpur | Staff-operated laundry franchise (FOCM) |
| Other towns: Chirmiri | Staff-operated franchise; self-service where there is a campus or society |
| Existing laundry operators in Korea | Laundry machines & equipment supply |
| Hostels, colleges, building campuses and private societies in Korea | Self-service laundry franchise (no staff) |
