Which model suits which part of Kottayam?

The right model depends less on the district as a whole and more on the kind of place you have in mind within Kottayam.

For high-street locations

For a shop-front laundry serving households, start with Kottayam, then towns such as Kottayam Municipality, Changanassery Municipality and Pala Municipality. This is the FOCM model, Franchise Owned, Company Managed, which the brand describes as India's only FOCM laundry franchise.

For closed communities in Kottayam

Campus and society owners in Kottayam usually do not want to run a laundry team. The self-service franchise, from ₹20 lakh, is installed on site and runs without staff.
