How the three Wash Kiya models map onto Nilgiris
The right model depends less on the district as a whole and more on the kind of place you have in mind within Nilgiris.
Self-service laundry
If you own or manage a private residential society, a hostel, a college campus or a building campus anywhere in Nilgiris, the self-service laundry franchise (from ₹20 lakh) fits better. It needs no staff.
District HQ and larger towns
A staff-operated franchise from ₹10 lakh suits a high-street or market location in Ooty or in Kotagiri or Kilkunda. You own the store; under FOCM, Wash Kiya runs day-to-day operations.
Upgrading an existing laundry
The third option is equipment only: for Nilgiris operators who run their own laundry setup and want commercial machines. Ask for a quote when you enquire.
