Margao and the larger towns such as Mormugao, Curchorem and Cuncolim are where a staff-operated FOCM store makes most sense: it needs walk-in footfall and enough households nearby, and Wash Kiya manages the operation for you.

For hostels, colleges, building campuses and private societies in South Goa, Wash Kiya's self-service laundry franchise starts from ₹20 lakh; the fee, royalty and payback are shared on enquiry.
Laundry machines & equipment
The third option is equipment only: for South Goa operators who run their own laundry setup and want commercial machines. Ask for a quote when you enquire.

All three models are available to South Goa applicants. The staff-operated franchise has published terms; the others are quoted on enquiry.
| Model | Best for | Starting investment | Franchise fee | Royalty | Estimated payback |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
